As you may know I use mineral makeup and really can't live without it. Now as much as I love the brand (which shall remain nameless:) ) I really don't love how messy it is. With all of my buffing and tapping loose powder, it's all over the place! So when my Pur Minerals Pure Perfection Starter Kit came I couldn't believe that it was mineral makeup! It's pressed and compact. It cut my makeup application time drastically!
The Starter Kit comes with a foundation which contains SPF and also works as a concealer. Then you follow with the Mineral Glow that leaves your skin looking like it has just a "touch of sun". Lastly you apply the Universal Marble Powder for a final touch. All of this is applied using the Chisel Makeup Brush that is included in the kit.
I really love that the makeup is natural and is "Completely free of oil, alcohol, talc, fragrances, preservatives and chemical dyes". I feel like I am nourishing my skin rather then just covering up imperfections. After using Pur Minerals I really don't think I can use the mineral makeup I was using before. It just doesn't compare.
