Dedicated Woman -Women's Whey Review and Giveaway

I really like products that are geared toward women. Whether it is to support women, empower them or products that are just plain fun. I especially like nutritional products for women because men and women's bodies are so different, therefore a different form of nutrients are needed. I had the opportunity to try a great product from Dedicated Woman. I love that name! To me it says that a woman is committed to her health and making herself a priority. I have to admit that I don't always do that- showers, clothes, makeup, vitamins always seem to go on the back burner for me.

Dedicated Woman sent me their Women's Whey Protein Supplement in Creamy Vanilla Bliss to review. The label says that it is designed for any active woman. That's me! I may not have a routine workout schedule but I am very active in wiping pea off my bathroom floor 3 times a day and traveling from playdates to running errands. I really like this product because it provides an easy whey:) to get my protein, calcium, and phosphorus in that my body needs. I also enjoy that it is so quick to use. You can mix it with water or a smoothie and be on your way!
