Healthy Living Books Giveaway- 5 Prizes!

The Lazy Environmentalist on a Budget by Josh Dorfman shows how easy it really is to go green and that it doesn't have to cost an arm and a leg. I really like this book because money is tight right now but it doesn't mean you have to give up your green lifestyle when going through tough times!

Super Natural Home by Beth Greer
- This book is so amazing. It is a real eye opener to what toxic things are in our homes and how to get rid of them room by room. It inspired me to buy eco friendly paint for our living room!

Health a
t Every Size by Linda Bacon - I really like that this book doesn't just focus on being overweight and how to lose pounds. It is about being overall healthy as a person.

Escaping Toxic Guilt by Susan Carrell - I can't wait to finish reading this book. I am just starting to erase the guilt in my life and this book offers great insight.

All of these books offer some really great ways to improve your overall living. One lucky winner will receive all of them along with a water bottle of your choice from here. It is a companion prize to the Lazy Environmentalist book. To enter please tell me which book you are most interested in winning and why.

I would read this one first: The Super natural Home by Greer as I'd like to know just how to go room to room and green up things a bit. Then I'd use the other books to educate myself.

I'm most interested in Health at Every Weight because I'm actually *under*weight, and although I'm attempting to fix it, I'd like to do so in a healthy way. This book sounds like it could really help me--thanks!

I would love the "Health at Every Size" book. I find myself continually caught up in thinking that healthy and happy means having a thin waist and no fat rolls on me....I know, logically, it isn't true, but I can't seem to change my way of thinking on that. I need all the help I can get.
