Eebee's Adventures DVD'S Giveaway!


While many mothers might shake their heads in shame at me, I let my boys watch tv. They call them shows. I really need that break in the day and despite what my recent psychology class suggested, I believe that educational programing rocks! I am a firm believer that if you are sitting with your child while watching a show and talk about what they are watching, that there can be great benefits.

Which is why I am in love with Eebee 's Adventures. Eebe 's Adventures are educational dvd's that are great for babies. Eebe's Adventures is different from other educational baby shows that display images on the screen. Each dvd begins by asking questions like "How do I..., What happens when.., and What if it...?" Eebe's Adventures uses active play to encourage the baby and toddler to learn. They even show parents interacting with their child and show different ways to explore their environment. Their site says "Every baby learns by doing."

Even though my boys are almost 3 and 4, they loved these dvd's. My husband and I were at our wits end while I was studying for finals one afternoon. I needed to study and he needed sanity from the boys constant whining. I popped in one of Eebee's Adventures and they instantly became quiet. It was wonderful!

    Those are really cute! If my kids were young, I'd want them for them. I hope someone with little kiddos wins! Maybe I'll get some of these when I become a grandma in many years down the road.

    I'd love the "Figuring things out" DVD. When my daughter was a baby she loved Eebee, and I'm proud to say that I let her watch educational shows. She has actually learned a ton by being addicted to Sesame St. since before she was 2! She could recite her ABC's and count to 20 by the time she was 17 months old and she is super smart now! Thanks for this giveaway.

    P.S. I also let my child watch his "shows" - not all the time but we're certainly not anti-TV. And you know what - he's not even 3 and since last summer, he's been able to recite the alphabet and recognize all his letters big and small, count to 10 in 3 languages and recognize his numbers to 10 as well. I don't think we're stunting his development at all. And he's no couch potato - he loves to run and would play outside all day and night if you let him.
