Bowlicious Bowtique Giveaway and Save Handmade Items!



When Rachel from Bowlicious Bowtique contacted me about doing a giveaway I was so excited! She has the cutest homemade bows and hair accessories for girls! I really wish I had a little girl to buy all of them for! The thing that I was most impressed with is how affordable they are. Really, $3? How cool is that? You have to check out all the different kinds she has. Not just because she is giving one lucky winner $2o gift certificate to her shop and certainly not because she is offering FREE SHIPPING on all orders! Visit her to help Save Handmade!


If you haven't heard yet, a law has been passed to prohibit any handmade item be sold that hasn't been tested for lead. Businesses cannot afford to pay the high fees to do the testing. Now don't get me wrong, I am ALL for making sure products are safe for kids, there just has to be a way to do it without putting so many companies, big and small, out of business. What is that going to do to our economy?

    It was sooo hard to choose. There are way too many cute things there! I would probably like to buy those little strawbery sparkle clips most. But I also love the flower bow holders too. Great idea!

    Those are the cutest bows every, I think I'd have to pick the little bow bugs though! I've had the save the handmade button on my blog for a couple of weeks now and I went and signed the petition!

    It's awful how these things are going into effect, it makes me so sad :(
